And as well as being user friendly, it’s highly connectable too. The 2.4” color display with 80° viewing angle plays back tutorial videos on how to set rolls and replace parts. The unit is compatible with SOTI and SATO’s SOS remote management and maintenance service, as well as Apple iOS, Linux, Android, and Windows. Sato Online Services, your virtual customer engineer, monitors around the clock and alerts you immediately whenever a part or battery needs replacing. The scope includes cloud printer monitoring services such as battery asset management, device call function and temperature status indicator as well as remote updates.
